Recently Railway Recruitment Board has released so many vacancies for the post of Locopilot and various posts of Group D. This time RRB has conducted huge recruitment drive wherein the number of applicants are around 3 crores. Due to having more number of applicants the board has decided to conduct the examination in various phases. The number of vacancies in RRB Ajmer region is different than the other RRBs. RRB Ajmer ALP/TechnicianA lot of candidates have filled the application form of Alp/Technician in the hope to become Assistant Locopilot and Technician in Indian Railways. In fact the government offers handsome salary to the locopilot of the railways. This attracted number of candidates towards the job profile. The board had conducted the examination for various region such as RRB Ajmer and others from 9th August 2018 to 31st August 2018 across many cities. The attendance of the candidates who have taken the examination is 76% which is a record. Now the board has released the answer key so that candidates can compare their response. Soon in the month of November/December the board will release the result of RRB ALP Exam 2018.
RRB Ajmer Group DMore number of candidates have shown their interest in the RRB Group D Examination when compred with the candidate applied for the RRB ALP Recruitment. The exam for group d has been started from 17th September 2018 at various centres across the country. Such candidates who will be selected will work as trackman, helper, gangman etc. There are more than 60,000 vacancies for the group d posts in the various regions such as RRB Ajmer and other RRBs. Candidates who have applied from RRB Ajmer region will get the job in Ajmer or its nearby places. It is expected that RRB Group D Examination will be conducted till December 2018. RRB has also announced that the candidates will get the joining letter tentatively in the month of February/March 2019.
RRB ALP/Technician Selection ProcedureCandidates will go through a certain selection procedure which is set up by the board. A candidate who will qualify the preliminary examination shall get the call for the Main Examination. Like the same a candidate who will qualify the Main Examination shall be called for next stage. This means if a candidate wants to confirm his/her selection to the post of Locopilot then he/she has to qualify each stage of the recruitment process. The selection procedure for the posts of Group D is different than RRB Locopilot selection process. The selection procedure of group d comprise of the following stages

In this examination Computer Based Test (CBT) is common for all candidates. After qualifying CBT Examination, the eligible candidates will get the call for appearing in PET. In PET, candidates have to pass the physical test which shall be conducted to test the health. Then the last procedure of the recruitment process is Document verification.
